'if ive got correct goals, and if i keep pursuing them the way i know how, everything else falls into line. if i do the right thing right, i'm going to succeed" -Dan Dierdorf
reflection: if you a good goal if you have a goal that will make you a CTR person or that makes you remain a CTR person then go do it go pursue it and if you pursue them the best way you know how but not in a CTW way the go and pursue it then so then everything that you want will come to you everything that you have word hard for your hard work will pay off. i dont really get this statement but i tried to elaborate it as much as i could.
Veterinarian
Duties/Responsibilities:
Veterinarians may focus on providing medical care for common household pets, like cats, dogs, rabbits, and birds. They can also care for large farm animals including horses, and cattle or even exotic animals. Other  types of veterinarians focus solely on research. The animals are examined and treated for any problems they might have.
Salary: $88,490
Education:
Your pre-veterinary bachelor's curriculum includes coursework in animal biology, genetics, chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physics and animal nutrition. Aspiring veterinarians must then attend one of 28 American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA)-accredited schools of veterinary medicine and earn a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. Curricula for these programs usually include courses such as veterinary immunology, advanced surgical techniques, veterinary physiology and zoological medicine.
Demands for this career:
To practice veterinary medicine, you must be licensed by your state. Requirements for licensing include a DVM degree and successful completion of the comprehensive North American Veterinary Licensing Examination. You might also be required to pass a jurisprudence examination, which deals with state regulations. You may choose to complete an internship before joining or opening a veterinary practice. To become a board-certified vet, you must complete a residency program, which will allow you to specialize in such areas as surgery, cardiology or preventive medicine after an additional four years of training.

Phillip Riggs’ Four Success Tips
Image result for phillip riggs
  1. Work hard
  2. Follow your passions. Do things you are interested in doing
  3. Don't chase after money
  4. Serve others. Do good things for others, and good things will come to you.

What i think he means with the four Success tips is one work hard no one is going to help you choose the career you are going to work in you have to do that yourself yeah people might give suggestions on something you can do but that is going to be it and if you are still in school people are going to help you but they are not going to do your work for you because you are the one who needs to work hard to have a good life. Now for number two do things that you like and not things that will bor you to death like the career you are going to do it has to be something fun or else you will have a boring life and it will really suck. Three do something you like and with that you will make a profit as i was thinking about it i would say it is like don't chase after the money let the money come to you. And Three well i can’t finish it right now so i’ll do it later

"The most important thing you will ever have is good values."-Dennis Prager
What i think he means is if you are a person who chooses the right then you will have good values in life and if you are a person that chooses the wrong. Ok so never mind about what i said now about the video the video says that what you feel like doing is bad and the value of something is much more important but i think just a little different if you dont go with your feeling then the world would be like living robots just doing nice things every day and sometimes yes you'll get bored of doing what is nice but you shouldn't do something to extreme . like it said in the example of the video i wouldn't want to save the person like what if they did something in the past that was wrong but you know your dog and you love them very much and it is like your best friend what if that dog helped you and now you helped it by givine it a home and now that you did that you love it very much and along the way of you two be so nice to each other you start to love it more and more and it became you best friend what would you want your best friend to die or some random person you dont know

'IN any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing."-Theodore Roosevelt
What I think he is saying is you must do the right thing when you have to make a decision. for example say you found money doesn't matter how much it was but you found money and you saw who the person that dropped it and you really want to keep it but you know that it is the wrong thing what decision would you make i know that i would choose the right and give it back.a other example is if someone just dropped something or they left their bag at a bus stop of they just forgot something and see that the person didn't notice that they had forgotten it, would get the thing and run to the person and give back to them leave the thing right there or take it for yourself i would take it back to the person. back to the statement when you are making any decision in life you must make the right one right one or else you wont be a ctr person after that.

What is gained when doing something wrong?

"Nothing is ever gained in doing what's wrong."- Wilford Woodruff
Reflection:If you do something wrong and you have always chosen the right then doing that one wrong thing will make you go down be cause don't gain anything from doing something that is wrong but then you see that you did something wrong then that will boost you back up to a CTr person. For example your teacher says ok we have quiz and you just remembered that you didn't study be cause you were busy doing another hw and you just decide just to copy one little thing and you feel really guilty about it so you go and tell your teacher could they knock of some points because you didn't understand one question so looked over you partner test just to see if you where doing it right you were but the bad thing is that you didn't do it on your own knowledge
