Reflection: what i think this means is you must do the right thing like lets see a example . Like if you were to be helping an old lady taking her groceries to her house but they are really heavy and you try to help her but she is already at her house. So you did something right but not at the right time. but if you got to her when she was much further the that would have been better timing. but if you do something bad at a right time i dont really know if that works but you never know till you try it. I already said something of wrong timing.
