Reflection:
I agree with this statement because if you do work hard it will pay off and if it doesn't then you must work harder than you already have and it will pay off. For example if you have a test and you think to yourself will my hard work pay off for this test and if you think it wont well then work harder and if you think it will then you are all good and when you take that test you know that you are going to have a good grade because you've worked really hard to get that good grade.Or even if you want to learn how to do a certain dance form a song then you have to work really really hard to master it and perfect it and when you do it just remember that you are not going to mess up because you have worked really hard to do it.

Reflection: This statement is true because if you do something bad then you freedom will get taken away and if you do what is you have to and that its right then you do it your freedom will not get taken away it is really simple on what Mr.Young is trying to say. An example of what I think this statement means is if you are riding a bike or something and you just go right through the street and then a cop car see you with it and they see that you did that then they will take away your bike or they'll give you a ticket for that and you wont be able to use till you buy another one or when you pay of the ticket

Reflection:
you can be good at something and have a good attitude but the thing that is most important is to have a good attitude because if you are only good at something then people will like your talent but not you and kids would aspire to be like you if you have a good attitude and if you are good at something. I think that all the people should have a good attitude and just be nice and they should be a CTR person.

Optician 

Duties/responsibilities: 

As a dispensing optician you will dispense and fit spectacles and other aids, to both adults and children, working from the prescriptions by optometrists and ophthalmologists. You'll advise patients on various types of lenses and spectacle frames, including style, weight and color.

Education: 

An associate's or bachelor's degree in optician may offer a competitive advantage. Optician courses educate students in the anatomy and physiology of the human eye, optical fundamentals and refraction. Through clinical training, students also have opportunities to learn about polishing, hand beveling, heat treatment, tinting and fitting glasses.

I Agree with this statement because steroids is like cheating and yeah nothing worse than a cheater in sports and yes i think that nobody should cheat because it very bad and people know that but they still do it and i ask my self why do they do it when they know it is bad and they know that it wont help them it will only help them get in trouble. an example of how cheating and taking steroids is bad for you and people around you. you are on the swimming team and you really want to win because everyone you know and love are watching you and it is the final round and you know a guy that sells things like steroids and you ask him if you could you know hat it is a bad thing but you really want to and so you take it and you go and you win but know that it is over you feel really bad so you tell the people that you didn't do it on your own will power and that you did that so they take away the things you won and as well as everyone else and you feel really bad the end.

an example of showing how character matters most is if you are famous or you have a lot of money and you have a really bad attitude then a lot of people wont like you then only people who will like you is maybe your family and some people will only like you for your money but if you have a good character and you are rich a lot of people will like you and this is someone i aspire to be  and maybe some day i will be like this but i'd rather prefer to be famous than rich but if you are famous then you will get rich. and the other way around if you aren't so rich people will still like you because of your character.

Reflection: 

This statement is true because if you don’t have a good heart then lots of people won't like they will only like you because of your money. But if you have a good heart but you don’t have much money then the people that you are nice to or if you are kind to everyone and you are friends with a lot of people and they see you struggling to pay bills and you eat a lot because you have to pay bills and you don’t get food because of that the people will try to help you.
