Operating room Technician 
Duties: 
Certified operating room technicians, also known as certified surgical technologists, are responsible for various pre-, intra- and post-surgery duties are within a hospital. Surgeons and registered nurses supervise their work. Operating room technician, also called surgical technologists, assist surgeons, nurses and physicians before and during surgical procedures. They prepare the operating room, manage equipment and perform basic surgical tasks. 
Salary: $41,032-$49,103 
Education: 
To become an operating room technician you have to earn a High school diploma, earn a certificate or associate's degree in surgical technology, obtain certification, obtain a job, and advance your career.
