What i think this means is you have to think before you do anything yeah maybe it is not that bad but it is somewhat bad well then you don't do it if you want to be a CTR person. If you want to be a CTR person then you must always do what is right. Like if you go to prom and your friends want to drink then you have to think is this a good thing and its not so you don't go because what is the fun of have to take care of your drunk friends.
